My name is Heiner and I’m an indie developer from Bremen, Germany.
Reflectured was born out of a very personal experience. I live with a chronic condition (rheumatoid arthritis) and I know that not every day looks the same. Some days are full of energy, while others are marked by limitations and fatigue.
In conversations with many different people, I kept hearing the same story: to-do lists never end. They constantly remind us of what’s still unfinished, but rarely of what’s already done. As a result, many people feel at the end of the day as if they haven’t achieved enough. This can be a heavy burden—whether it comes from daily life itself, or is amplified by illness, burnout, depression, ADHD, autism, or other challenges.
From this experience, and after researching the topic further, it became very clear: taking time to consciously write down what you’ve accomplished can have a strong positive impact on your well-being.
To-do lists never end. They keep pointing to unfinished tasks and create pressure. A Done List, on the other hand, empowers: it shows what we’ve already achieved.
And this matters for everyone—because success is relative. For one person, getting out of bed in the morning is a big step; for another, it might be finishing a project at work. Both are valid and both deserve recognition. That recognition builds motivation, reduces stress, and strengthens self-confidence.
The goal is not to replace a to-do list, but to serve a different purpose—not organizing tasks, but making visible how much you actually accomplish.
Reflectured makes this idea easy to use in everyday life:
Reflectured is designed for anyone who feels stressed by traditional to-do lists or struggles with the sense of not getting enough done. It's especially helpful for people going through tough times, living with chronic illness, or facing neurodiverse challenges, whether that means burnout, depression, ADHD, autism, or other obstacles in daily life.
